Personal Quote:
“When I decided to be a doctor, I didn’t really understand what that would mean. I didn’t understand the intensity of the relationships I would find. I couldn’t imagine the amazing highs of directly impacting someone’s life, nor the heart felt lows when a patient did poorly. Every day is a gift. I have the opportunity to care for patients at their most vulnerable. Despite the stress, despite the burden of regulation, despite the long hours away from family and home, I could never imagine a different path for me.”
