CHRISTINE BURNS, PA-C

Biography
Christine Burns, PA-C grew up in Sparks, Nevada. After graduating from high school, she attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has over 20 years of experience as a Physicians Assistant working in a variety of specialties including Emergency medicine, Urgent care, Electrophysiology, Cardiology, and Endocrinology.
Since 2011, Christine has specialized in Endocrinology with a special interest in diabetes and thyroid disorders. She is an active board member of the Nevada Diabetes Association.
Outside of the office, she is committed to education and the quality of healthcare. Christine acts as community faculty at the University Nevada, Reno Physician Assistant Program. Christine’s passion is driven by the bond she builds with her patients. She focuses on empowering patients through education and developing a partnership to help patients successfully reach their goals.
In her spare time, Christine enjoys walks on the beach, scuba diving, gardening, and traveling with her husband and two boys and their dogs. She is excited to be part of SNSC and is proud to work with such a fantastic team.
